Aims and Objectives


To improve the organisational and working culture in the NHS



To establish a high-level group of stakeholders from the different occupational groups that work in the NHS, together with other relevant national organisations


To host a number of listening events across the UK to hear from participants about the reality of their working lives in the NHS


To produce by April 2015 an evidence-based charter for change that supports the requirements of the NHS constitution.


To continuously review our progress and undertake other necessary activities to support our overall aim.
